Shipping Policy

MarineMecca ships marine parts and accessories across the United States and Canada. Here's what to expect.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. During peak boating season (spring through early summer), processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping outside of these regions at this time.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and location, and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package to your door. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Oversized & Freight Items

Some larger items (dock boxes, seating, trailer components) may ship via freight carrier and require additional delivery time or a signature on arrival. Any special delivery requirements will be noted on the product page or communicated after checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

We're not able to control carrier delays, but if your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows no movement for several days, reach out and we'll help track it down or file a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Errors

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and additional shipping costs may apply.
