30-Day Returns
Most items purchased from MarineMecca may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition. To start a return, contact us with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll issue a return authorization and instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Special-order or non-stock items ordered specifically for you
- Electrical components, electronics, or wiring that has been installed, wired in, or powered on
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear beyond inspection
- Custom-cut materials (rope, tubing, marine lumber, upholstery) cut to a customer's specification
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or a part is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping where applicable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, fitment, or model, the fastest way is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct part. This ensures you don't wait on inventory availability.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to a defect, error on our part, or damage in transit, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.
